Privacy Policy

Last updated: 7 October 2026

Eyes for Eternity (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit a ministry booking request or a connect group enquiry, we collect the name, email, phone (where provided) and message you enter. Sermon study content is sourced from Verse By Verse Ministry International (VBVMI) under permission and is used for teaching purposes.

When you sign up for a church’s Worship at Home e-service, we collect your first name, surname and email address so the service PDF can be emailed to you each week. When a church requests its own Worship at Home setup, we collect the church name, contact name, contact email, phone (optional), city, country, denomination (optional), church website (optional) and a short message, so the platform administrator can verify the request before approving it.

How we use your information

Your details are used solely to respond to your enquiry and to coordinate ministry bookings or connect group attendance. We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

Worship at Home subscriber emails are used only to deliver that church’s e-service to you. Each send is made individually (BCC-style) so your address is never shared with other subscribers. Church setup details are used only to verify the requesting church and to create its profile, subscriber list and starter service.

Email notifications

Enquiry details are sent by email to the group leader (Allan Greenbank) so he can respond to you. Your information is stored in our secure database and is only accessible to site administrators.

Worship at Home e-service

The Worship at Home feature lets a church email a branded service PDF to people who have signed up. When you subscribe, your name and email are saved against that church only. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any e-service email or contacting us at greenbankallan@gmail.com, and we will mark your record as unsubscribed and stop sending to you. Subscribers of one church are never visible to another church.

Church profiles

Each approved church gets its own private profile (logo, welcome message, offering text, styling defaults and an optional copyright lyric licence), its own subscriber list and its own orders of service. Church setup requests are reviewed and approved manually by the platform administrator before any profile or admin login is created. A church administrator can only view and manage their own church’s subscribers, profile and services, and cannot see any other church’s data. Copyright lyric licence details a church enters are stored only on that church’s profile and are never shared.

Security

All information is held in a secure, access-controlled database. Access is restricted by role: platform administrators manage the default church and approve new church setups; each church’s administrator can access only their own church’s profile, subscribers and services; guests can see only the public sign-up form. Records are scoped per church so one church can never read another’s data. E-service emails are sent individually to each subscriber so recipient addresses are not exposed to other recipients, and sent over encrypted mail transport. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information.
